JCM recently helped resolve an electrical issue I was experiencing with the lights in my guest bedroom. Mike conducted a thorough inspection of all wiring for the wall switches and ceiling light/fan. He discovered that arcing was occurring in my touch on/off lamps—looks like I'll invest in better-quality lamps next time!

Additionally, my NEST Hello Doorbell, installed in 2019, had been working intermittently. Mike checked all the connections and determined that normal wear over the years had caused the doorbell to malfunction. After purchasing a replacement, Mike returned to install it at no additional charge from the initial service call.

From the time I called JCM Home Services until the completion of the job, it was a fantastic experience. I needed to replace an old set of 8-ft fluorescent lights in my garage with new LED fixtures, so I contacted JCM. They promptly sent Jack out for a quote the next day.

They not only installed the LED fixtures but also added a ceiling fan in the garage and a surge protector on the circuit panel.
